Annika Vaughan (she/her) is a student intern with KidsGardening during the Fall 2026 term. As Grant Programs and Events Intern, she participates in the grant review process and supports event planning and coordination for partner sites nationwide. She is also working to produce a public garden design and event planning guide so that anyone can experience gardening with kids.
Annika is originally from Pittsburgh, PA, and is currently based in Burlington, VT, where she is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Geography at the University of Vermont. She enjoys making art and spending time outside, as well as combining the two with her favorite hobby of outdoor watercolor painting.
