Zaw’s practice focuses on advising his clients in connection with various transactional and regulatory matters and corporate governance. Prior to joining DRM, Zaw was an associate at the New York law firm of Weil Gotshal and Manges LLP, where he focused on corporate bankruptcy. Zaw’s background also includes a stint with Teach for America in Baltimore and many years working as a stone mason in Western Massachusetts.
