Connect in the Kids Garden Community
The Kids Garden Community is a free community supporting individuals, families, and organizations with the skills, tools, and connections to garden with kids and scale transformative programs. Over the last 30 years, support and enthusiasm for youth gardening has grown at an exciting rate. We’re thrilled to be part of this growing movement and have created this community to harness the enthusiasm and expertise of a vibrant network looking to learn and grow together.

I love being able to trade ideas with garden educators around the country. Since I am the only gardening teacher at my school, I sometimes feel alone. The Kids Garden Community has been huge benefit for me.
The fact that grant opportunities and resources are shared and in a "central" location saves me hours of time that I can spend planning for the garden instead of searching for materials.
I am new to gardening and took on the garden Coach position. It seemed fitting as the schoolwide enrichment teacher. I was very new to this. With some opportunities and communication through the Kids garden Community I feel I am off to a great start. I feel like I have somewhere to go for questions and ideas, grants, and school wide opportunities. I am lucky I found this. I would have been on my own. Thank you for supporting school garden communities for our kids!
