Materials
- Coloring utensils (markers, crayons, colored pencils, etc.)
- Scissors
- Kitty Fairy Flower Crown Printout
- Glue, Tape, and/or Stapler
- Craft embellishments (optional)
Instructions
- Print out a Kitty Fairy Flower Crown template for each participant.
- Cut along the dotted lines of each printout to separate the Kitty Fairy flower crown front and the two back strips. This can be done in advance to save time or for safety concerns.
- Add color and decoration to the front of the crown and back strips using the coloring utensils and any craft embellishments of your choice (e.g., sequins, dried flowers, foam shapes).
- Staple, tape, or glue one side of a back strip to each edge of the crown front, with the back strips positioned underneath the crown front so their edges aren’t visible.
- Then, fit the crown around the participant’s head, centering it on their forehead, wrapping the strips around the back of their head, and noting the correct spots on the strips to attach them to each other to achieve a custom fit.
- Staple, tape, or glue the back strips together at the fitted spots. Cut off any excess length from the back strip.
