KidsGardening and Hunter Industries are joining forces to teach the next generation of gardeners how to be waterwise!
Educating kids about sustainable watering practices not only helps them learn how to conserve water but also shows them how proper watering boosts plant health, empowering them to be a force of positive change in their communities.
The Waterwise Garden Program offers support to public and charter schools that plan to teach students about water conservation, water stewardship, and responsible water management through gardening. The program includes the development of educational resources and the awarding of an annual Waterwise Garden Grant for schools that are working to put sustainability first.
