Cultivating Resilience in Youth with Deep Nature Connection
About the Webinar
Since the beginning of time, Nature has provided sensory experiences that have the power to enhance our resilience, sense of connection and well-being. Honoring Nature as both teacher and guide, we will explore specific activities that are fun and engaging, as a way to cultivate resilience in ourselves and those we serve. The practices learned in the webinar can easily be adapted for a wide range of ages and ability levels.
